Weird Pulling Feeling in Ear?

      Hey everyone,


      I have this pulling feeling which feels like it's in side my ear but coming from the back of my ear.

      The area where the pulling feels like it's coming from is where the man's thumb is in this picture.

      Any ideas what this is?

      How long have you had this? Try applying an ice pack.
