Cause: petrol chainsaw. Complete foolishness, I know everything.

It takes about 5 weeks without a break.
I have a problem to fall asleep and even the sound of me waking once.
What to do to not have a sneeze?

It must be noisy or be much quieter.

Help the jammers. But this is temporary - I want to have no noise.

      What drugs? What therapies?

You can try amitriptyline. It worked for me. It is non-addictive and it doesn't make you drowsy the next day.

You can also use sound enrichment.

Tonight I slept with the radio.
      It was much better.

Since the morning I have no squeak.
Now I have the noise or the soft bells. Something indirect.
I think it is better than with a squeal.

      Yesterday I also took vitamins A + C + E and magnesium. I'm still taking.
I do not know if this change is from tablets or from that radio at night.
      Rather from the radio.

      I think it's better.

I'm writing now, but I have a question about this radio topic.

Is it possible that from listening to the radio that night, it could have worsened me?
Since then, it has started to appear sometimes (almost often, almost all the time) humming. Various types of humming (loud - quiet, vibrating, and others).
      This is happening today.
I still have pips. Sometimes squeaks, sometimes ringing, sometimes others.

For half a month there are new squeals (many different squeals at the same time). I did not have it before.

Not too loud. Another person sleeping in the same room did not hear him at all.
The radio was 30-40 cm from my head, on a pouf.

I have trouble understanding your English, I'm afraid.

You can press your index finger firmly to the ridge just beneath your nostril to prevent sneezes but I recommend just letting it out. It isn't loud enough to cause harm. Allergy medication and seeing an allergist to find out what you are allergic to are also helpful, more long term alternstives.
