Really bugs that when I got tinnitus early September in the middle of the night, I only heard it at night. Now it's mid October, and I hear it most of the time. Some things mask it, but not all. Why is this? I've gone through volume changes and sound changes. I had reactive T for a some weeks. But as of right now I haven't heard it or at least notice it. Not sure if it's there, too scared to check. Haha. Anyone else expierence this? Does this mean mine will go from moderate to severe in the coming months?

Tinnitus can change in sound and strength bit like a yoyo.
Now winter is here ,the cold winds can spike it too and for some the stress of Christmas as some find that time of year tough.
As long as you have not put your ears in any danger like loud sounds or had a nasty virus most tinnitus settles to its base sound in time .
Stay positive ......lots of love glynis
