   Loud music via headphones

   You know those mats that are supposed to be so you don’t slip?
   
   I find the water hitting the floor in the shower loud, so would a mat like this be any better?

   long term noise exposure (headphones), maybe some stress.

   Could you use swimmers ear plugs in the shower, perhaps?

   Aspirin Toxicity/Possibly Noise

   Depends on the material that the mat is made from. Could make it louder like a snare drum.
