        I am getting worse with enormous steps, I am home bound due to the hyperacusis, tinnitus is raging with numerous tones, and to make things worse, i injured my ear with an earplug and now tinnitus is even higher in the left, u locked new tones as well. It also hurts.

        After two and a half years, I'm getting more sounds than the thump and the hiss, I get tones now, which I didn't have before. I honestly cannot believe nothing has improved after all this time, but instead got worse. How did you injure with an ear plug?
