I'm in around 680 days and fight hard everyday. Keep busy and use masking techniques, whenever you can.

There is nothing to do. That is one of the main T issues. Try not to think about it. It takes a long time until the brain gets bored of the unexplainable noises. Be patient and kind to yourself.
