    One evening I became aware of a ringing noise in my ears. I play a lot of games on my laptop and sometimes I can be on it continually for a couple of hours. I have noticed the tinatus seems worse when I'm tired or maybe I just notice it more. I can normally cope with it but just sometimes if I go into it, I feel quite desperate.
