- Tinnitus Since:

- Cause of Tinnitus:
- Multiple and Unsure
I'm a 55 year old single Dad of three young adults and have been a lifelong active outdoorsman. Unwittingly, I've done everything apparently possible to contract tinnitus for years--loud music, cold water (surfing, water skiing, swimming, snorkeling), high altitude (skiing and climbing), recreational drugs and booze, regular aspirin and ibuprofen, moderate elevated BP for years, and, finally, ED drugs for the past few years.
Sad irony is that after years of indulgence I have via lifestyle changes--no rec drugs, no booze, lower BP--recently had my tinnitus worsen to the current point of real bother and distraction--and I suspect the ED drugs, Cialis in particular--which I take at low doses occasionally. I want to lessen the tinnitus. That's why I'm here, hoping to learn.Interact
