I was just sitting in the front room, minding my own business when BANG my left ear started screaming at me. A really high pitch tone. I remember thinking, "Whoa, that's got to be the sort of sound that tinnitus sufferers 'hear', man I wouldn't wish that on anyone." Sadly, the noise didn't stop.
I also have a low-end rumbling which seems to change according to the position of my head.
I used to be a very out-going individual but that has stopped. The last time I ventured out, for a family event, I was met with derision, criticism and to my mind, cruelty, when I was asked, "What's wrong?"
