Not a good idea @Taylorslay I have written a post on running and tinnitus. Many people have contacted me that run for fitness. They find impact underfoot travels up through the body and spikes the tinnitus and can make it permanently worse. Please be careful. Not everyone is affected but some are.
T and H are completely different. I'm thinking about looking for something more low impact. An elliptical or bike. I was wondering why this bothered me and not my bike. Now I know it's likely the impact.
HI @Taylorslay I am pleased that you are not going to give up. I like your attitude because you are a person that listens. Carry on this way and you will go far in life. I use an elliptical machine at home and have no problems with my tinnitus. l believe it's because my feet don't make contact with the floor, so there is no impact underfoot. Best of luck and take care

@Michael Leigh I never understood why people give up. I do understand bouts of depression and anxiety but completely giving up on life and ones goals is as if you're no longer a living human being. Simply just a body in space at that point. So of course, never give up, and if something does work out, try something new!
HI @Taylorslay You are so right but life can be complicated and some people have more than their fair share on the plate. We all have a limit to how much we can take but it's good to have a positive outlook on life the way that you do. So go for it and keep shinning.
