Were you worried that anaesthesia is ototoxic?

@Bill Bauer I didn't know it would cause big permanent spike when drilling with anesthesia did nothing to my T.

How long ago was the procedure done?

@Bill Bauer Day ago. But it was always permanent worsening when I had it this bad. I'm thinking about taking prednisone, but it made my condition worse last time I did.

I sincerely hope that this time will be the exception.

Was your dentist drilling for at most 5 seconds (taking 10 second breaks)? Did he or she use an electric-powered (as opposed to air-powered) drill?

@Bill Bauer I don't know the difference between drills. And no, no normal dentist will drill like that here.
