    I don't know. The last few weeks I have had a ramping up of my T ( because a a small acoustic trauma set back) when I go to restaurants/stores without protection. It seems to hiss and ring louder after an outing.
    They go back to my baseline (which is mild) after a day of quiet. I think in time they will not be so reactive, but it will be an ongoing balance between protecting vs getting them used to noise again

    when i feel improvements this is after period of quiet and no stress my setbacks come mainly with babysitting of the childs of my sister and some evenings at a friend's house i have a little spike after the match yesterday the T is more lower today i think i wear in the future molded earplugs in this situation

    Looks like you've hat T for about a year. You still have plenty of time for it to fade, I have read peoples stories of taking well over 2 years to fully fade away. It's just so very slow to fade.

    Well, my small "spike" is gone and I am back to mild/very mild T. it is still getting better, but slow. It's been 21 months now
