    I recommend you meditation/mindfulness/yoga to deal with the T emotional impact. I thought that you have found a thyroid problem and have improved considerably. What happened?

    @InfiniteLoop I don't know. I was getting better then all of a sudden I wake up with pressure in my ears and blaring T.

    Sadly that happened to me too. I was getting better and finally habituated and then it got worst. Since 2015 it has been difficult. Do you have hyperacusis too?
