vegetarian dairy free diet. He had many clients come and the noise they had stopped. He did not charge me anything to do his program he just wanted to help me. Answer to prayer. I do notice that one of the noises paused briefly from time to time. There are other noise in my head I think are from anxiety. Oh to hear silence again.

we only had cleansing drinks, no food for the 10 days. I need to eat raw food as much as possible, buy organic food, stay away from man made packaged food, and be vegetarian and no dairy. it is hard at times but WHEN (trying to be positve) the noise goes away it will be worth it.

Very expensive, I’ll just try to eat healthy foods instead.
