Some people think that fleeting T is our body trying to recalibrate and heal. This would certainly be consistent with the fact that most T sufferers experience fleeting T, and they experience it a Lot more often than the healthy people (who sometimes also experience it).
Perhaps it is a sign that ACV is helping you. People get fleeting T a lot during the early months after the onset. Later on, they get less of it. It is also the case that a lot of fading takes place during the early months, and fading slows down in the latter months.
