@Rb86 That sounds helpful. All my dr gave me was nasal spray which I'm terrified to use because I hate possible side effects

Fwiw, i use Flonase with zero side effects.

Mines clogged back up today, but I know it'll go away.

I was prescribed Fluticasone.
