@Ilias T honestly not even doctors know. Mine just appeared one day. Essentially it’s a layer of static over your normal vision, accompanied by eye floaters and visual phenomenon. It can vary from mild to very distressing levels!
I have that static vision only at night, always had it and I find it normal (helps me see at night). I have eye floaters but can't see them, only through special light.
