@Flowergirl it was forcing myself to go out and have fun, which made my tinnitus journey a lot easier. I decided I wouldn’t let it rob me of the things I enjoy. It was a massive part of my healing/acceptance process. And now I enjoy a lot of life again. Ofc I experienced spikes and I have mild hyperacusis which makes things exciting haha. But no pain, no gain - that’s how I see it. :)

@ZFire I’m there I already. Just bought a surfboard, recently booked a trip to the Amazon and Peru, and now packing my van for a road trip round Devon & Cornwall - ofc stopping in Dorset on to go fossil hunting. Had a party outside on the beach with a massive fire on Friday, & stayed up to watch the stars through my telescope last night. :)

@Steph1710 Envy you...in good way! Share photos. Keep in mind of unexpected elevation-sickness that affects ear/head pressure esp. ours. A portable oxygen canister can help. (https://hikingdaily.com/oxygen-for-hiking/)

Hi @sakrt. I am/was a climber so I know all too well about elevation sickness. I’m staying in Cusco for two days before I go up Machu Picchu, so I can acclimatise. I like the idea of a portable oxygen canister. Thanks for the tip. :) Will definitely be photo spamming TT.
