    How well do you sleep?

It wants all the attention at bed time and upon waking. I recently discovered the OTO app and the sleep music/ambience seems to be helping me get through the night.

@Ken219 It really depends.. I usually have the hardest time falling asleep, once I'm asleep I usually sleep like a rock though and can sleep for hours.

Stupid guess but... Could it be the silence around you making your T more perceptible? Also, when I have a specially hard workout my tinnitus goes off the charts. For me theres a clear correlation between rest and T volume.

@El BUZZ Mine too. If I sleep in it makes it a lot more tame, if I don't get sleep or get really tired it seems louder. could be perception but it does affect it for me.

Lack of sleep definitely makes mine louder the next day. Mine also gets louder as the day goes on, so is at it's loudest when I go to bed.

I believe in brain plasticity, hopefully in 6 more months your T will be softer, definitely do whatever you can to keep yourself at a baseline, suplements may help you. Mine has gotten softer over time, I always took ginko and magnesium, and helped keep it at a baseline.
