St John's wort Pills. It's a plant which has anti depressant effect, but healthier than chimicals AD.
Yeah, I tried St. John's wort for a few months. No effect for me. I take Vinpocetine and a product called OGF, which mellows out my T somewhat.
OGF and vinpocetine? Never heard of the first one , but vinpocetinehas been recommended by another member. I should try.
