@Samy, I think it catches you off guard in the moment. I didn't know what to do other than to go tell my husband who was fast asleep. I pray it returns and happens for both of us!

I had something like this in the summer of 21. Ironically, my reaction was to celebrate by playing a wicked air guitar solo to a song I like.
