That’s what I find to be the most difficult for me. The changing of sides, noises, and pitch. When it’s unstable it causes anxiety, which causes more T. Vicious circle.
I feel like I was moderately habituated so feeling this way agian is also depressing. Im doing my best to be positive and keep that fight or flight monster at bay. I can manage some anxiety as long as panic stays out of the mix.
@BrOKeN_1 Honestly, I feel the same. I felt pretty good/almost habituated before covid and all the new T it came with. Also, anxiety and panic are major things I struggle with. So you’re definitely not alone. Have you don’t any CBT? I find it’s helped my panic disorder a lot.
Anxiety is the devil in the mix of all this. You take that away to a manageable level and dealing with the T is so much easier. It likes to pull the rug out from under you at times just when things are looking up.
