    That’s what I find to be the most difficult for me. The changing of sides, noises, and pitch. When it’s unstable it causes anxiety, which causes more T. Vicious circle.

    I feel like I was moderately habituated so feeling this way agian is also depressing. Im doing my best to be positive and keep that fight or flight monster at bay. I can manage some anxiety as long as panic stays out of the mix.

    @BrOKeN_1 Honestly, I feel the same. I felt pretty good/almost habituated before covid and all the new T it came with. Also, anxiety and panic are major things I struggle with. So you’re definitely not alone. Have you don’t any CBT? I find it’s helped my panic disorder a lot.

    Anxiety is the devil in the mix of all this. You take that away to a manageable level and dealing with the T is so much easier. It likes to pull the rug out from under you at times just when things are looking up.

    @SamRosemary I've played around with CBT but the ADD in me makes it hard to stay focused. I use more sound therapy then anything else.
