What can you do to help your situation? Coping tools etc

I'm not sure iv tried loads of otc meds non seam to help my whole face is in pain.

Have you tried PT? Osteopathy? High dose of magnesium glycinate? You have tmjd right?

Haven't tried PT or osteopathy do you have to be referred for that .I do take magnesium. And yes I have tmjd

No you don't have to be. Make sure it is glycinate for maximum absorbtion.What meds have you tried?

They gave amitriptyline for pain relief but not sure it's worth it

Doesn't sound like it is :( I know how painful it can be, flares can be brutal and exhausting. I have pain pills for those days but sometimes even they don't work. Do you know the state of your joints?

I had a mri last week just waiting for results the back of my neck also hurts it's like it can't even carrymy own head
