Small island community, off of Pelham Bay Park, in the Bronx. Over the Throggs Neck Bridge.

I steered away from that area (the Bronx) so I don't know much about it.

It's so non Bronx. It's a mile and a half long and half a mile wide, surrounded by magnificant views of Long Island Sound and Manhattan. Kinda known for it's seafood restaurants and Tourists in the summer. Artsy-crafty kind of place.
