I'd like to know what you all think of the ATA podcast, "Conversations in Tinnitus" on the ATA website.

They have 4 on there so far and the last 2 are really good in terms of research.

I might have something that will help you out. This reduces my tinnitus a fair deal for a while, especially in a quiet room. First think of scilence as a sound like tinnitus. When you're in a silent room you hear two noises. Focus of the "sound" of silence, like how you would focus on a sound to distract from tinnitus. It will make it get much quieter for a while. At least it worked for me.

I just started listening to these podcasts and it's great to hear from professionals researching the area of Tinnitus. I really recommend we all check them out so they keep making the pod casts!
