Does anyone know if Azelastine HCl Nasal Solution is ototoxic?
Has anyone tried it? Did it increase your tinnitus?

I ended up not using it since no one answered. Perhaps someone will answer this bump for you :)

Just saw this thread. Azelastine HCl has done wonders for me. It is only effective if your tinnitus is not due to nerve damage. It's more-so for Eustachian tube dysfunction. I was getting desperate for any kind of relief in October 2018, I went to a local Dr. to see if I had earwax that needed to be removed (which was not the case), he prescribed me Azelastine HCl. It immediately worked for me and has been my golden ticket for relief. It almost makes the ringing go completely away. I don't even notice it anymore. I'll go to sleep without any background noise for the most part. Been using it ever since. You may have different results, who knows.
