Bad Day

I have had a horrible day. The tinnitus has been loud, my right ear humming, my ears feel like they need to pop all the time and I have a huge pressure in my head for the first time.

The pressure makes me feel very uncomfortable indeed and a bit scared, I feel very restless and cant even watch tv.

I wonder if I caused this after getting so angry yesterday and clamping my jaws down so hard?
Unless I have an ear effusion again.

I am so fed up of feeling this way. Feeling so weird.

I dread bedtimes now because the T rages so loud and I sometimes feel I have to leap out of bed in a panic or even run out of the house !

So fed up ..

 

Your T and mine started during the same month. It is always there but some days are worse than others. For me yesterday was bad but today (so far) has been pretty good. I hope that your tomorrow works out like my today....
