      Acoustic Trauma (I think)
Within the last hour or so I randomly found that whenever I whistle or hear some high pitched sounds, I hear a ringy beep in my right ear. I've completely habituated to my normal T and this new experience hasn't freaked me out, but I would like to get some clarity on what it is and what may be causing it (stress/tiredness/spike/headphones etc). Is it possible that it could be related to hyperacusis in any way?

      Thanks

@glynis How are you? Hope you're okay after your hospitalisation! Glad to hear from you though and thanks for taking the time to reply.

I was thinking reactive T but I haven't had a proper spike for ages. Think I'll protect my ears for a bit and see if it diminishes.
