Best NRR earPLUG?

I’m trying to find a DEFINITIVE answer on the absolute best noise-reducing earplugs. I got some Etymotic’s before I realized their NRR is quite modest. The biggest threat to my tinnitus spikes are from people slamming weights at the gym. I’ve taken 3 days off now and the cumulative recovery has been such that I’m scared of stepping back into the gym without the strongest support available.

I need the BEST NRR earplug—no matter the cost, customization or disposability. I will likely be getting gun muffs to wear in-between sets, and take them off when I actually begin performing.

From what I’ve gathered, these look to be the best for my particular situation? Or should they have a higher baseline NRR across the board? Thanks in advance!

 

Bump. Does anyone know an earplug that lets external sound “cap out” at a certain limit? (I’m told ~80dB)
