Best Success Story I Have Seen

Just read a story on Tapatalk that a woman's tinnitus cleared up after 15 years! She reduced artificial sweeteners and MSG in her diet. Granted she did use a lot of artificial sweeteners and ate a lot of Chinese food (which has a lot of MSG) before she decided to cut it, but this is still a hope for us all!

 

Interesting as I have noticed that Chinese takeaway food ( MSG ? ) sends mine wild...I thought it was the Pork Balls ! Thanks.

Everybody has a different trigger.I think mine is luck of sleep.When I sleep well i have a good day.

 

Definitely not the best. The best are people with noise induced that goes away after a year or so bc it shows its possible.

 

Fair enough, you have your opinion and I have mine. Those are great too, the ones you just mentioned. However for me, I saw this one as pretty great too because she had 15 years of this and usually at that point, most have given up hope entirely.

 

There is tons of research that talks about aspartame and MSG having negative effects on tinnitus. Sounds like this lady abused her body and it tried to tell her to stop for 15 years.
