Can you get severe hyperacusis and tinnitus without hearing loss?

I’ve had an audiogram yesterday which turned out to be even better than the one I did a few months ago when my hyperacusis was less severe.

My hearing is near perfect. Could it be because my hyperacusis is worse now?
