Some weeks are good and I can get through them relatively well. Today has been quite a downer. So tonight, I'll top it off with some old Pink Floyd.

@Louise, I think you can relate to this. Do you like Pink Floyd at all?

Thanks for posting @Hudson: I forgot how much I loved that movie. I used to watch it all the time as a teenager when it came to the local repertory theater. The ending of that song/scene brings tears to my eyes. -Golly

P.S. I hope you are having a better day today!

There was an old theater in north town Spokane, Washington that would play cult classic movies on weekends during the summer at night. It was cheap to get in, 2 dollars I think. My friends and I would get a gang of people together and go see The Wall any time they had it playing (which they did at least once or twice a summer). It's really cool to plant your ass down and watch the whole thing, to really understand the story.

It's almost got a "Heart of Darkness" feel to it, about the descent into madness. The last animation - "The Trial" is amazing. I love the idea that he puts himself on trial in his head because he's gone insane, and he convicts himself.

I don't think talking about it would be fair unless I posted "The Trial" here.

Hope we all have better weeks ahead.

I am a boring conservative Western medical doctor, but I can tell you unequivocally that as far as tinnitus goes, the power to have better weeks ahead lies within each of us. The challenge is to discover how to make it happen.

Hoping is good. I'm all for it. But hoping won't make next week a better week. Only we can do that.

I'm in complete agreement with you there. I'm a hope for the best prepare for the worst kind of guy. My biggest fear is not having control of the things in my life and I can't control the t. So I focus on the things I can and like you said before don't let t drive the bus you control the bus. I think I'm regaining control of my bus.

Excellent, @cullenbohannon. You can't control the tinnitus. No one can. But you can definitely control the bus.
