As long as I am in quite places and I can hear it, it starts to gives me headaches. I wonder if it happens to you too or maybe it is just something psychological in my case.

It it will turn out something common in sufferers does it mean we also should see a neurologist?

I have headaches most days and I'm pretty sure it's due to the high pitch of my T.

Same here. But not everyday. I tend to get headaches in the morning.

Yeah same, that pitch driving through my scull creates head pain.

My tinnitus isn't loud (most days), but it's very physical. Headache. "Buzz" like vibration.

      I'd prefer a noise.

Yes! Mine are more regular and constant than they were earlier on after onset. I'm 14 months in. Certainly they have got more often and generalised areas over the last 6 months. Used to be located just above or rear of ear area headaches.
It sucks to have a sore head most of the time. Paracetamol isn't very effective either. I rarely got a headache before tinnitus.
