ENT or Neurologist

I'm wondering who would be the best doctor for me, an ENT or Neurologist. Once in a while at night I get a bad buzzing or like someone beating the cymbals on their drum set at the back of my head. Then my ears start to scream. Fortunately that doesn't last that long but enough to scare me. Maybe there is something going on in my head? I don't know.
So I'm just wondering which doctor would be better for me.

Best would be neuro-otologist.

 

Just a brief history on me. I had tinnitus for 15 years. I habituated to it 10 years ago and was fine most of that time, now a few months ago this crap started to happen. I had many hearing exams etc, it's a waste of time and money and I don't feel like going through that again.

 

What do they do?
