Day 19 of ringing, first week High pitch ringing cried every night, couldn't sleep. Last week I can sleep and it's now several different tones, low pitch ringing on and off and like a humming/ chainsaw/ static. Every now and then ( knock on wood) my right ear will ring sometimes high sometimes low. Every other night I will get a high pitch in my left for less than ten minutes. I have been on two planes and maybe the spikes has something to do with it? Is it a good sign that this is constantly changing?

@Jamie m . There's a good chance your tinnitus may deminish after all you haven't had it for long. Has your doctor made an appointment for you to attend ENT.

Maybe you should knock on some other material to see what happens.
