My massage therapist suggested looking into purchading a Far Infrared Therapy mat to help manage both tinnitus and tinnitus related anxiety symptoms. It has many different benefits, but she thought it might help with the tinnitus.

I Googled it and it sounds intriguing. But as this is an expensive item, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this mat therapy?

I use a Thermotex Platinum Far IR Pad for warm-up and cool down during stretches and releases as part of tinnitus treatment. Helping a lot with fatigue and muscle tightness. Really helpful for relaxing tight neck muscles as well. It's kind of expensive though - >$200 USD. For a full mat, you are looking at least 2x that cost.
