I am having a hard time with my newer incident of tinnitus. This time it's somatic cervical tinnitus and it's like a fire alarm. I'm going to try several treatments. I'm thinking of TENS applied to the C2. Cervical exercises, wearing a collar, and a new mouth guard. Vitamins most likely will not help, but thinking of taking a B complex and vitamin C.

I was watching a video on YouTube on exercises for your cervical neck area. I tried one and my tinnitus dropped by 25%, but only for a few minutes. I still think that grinding my teeth doesn't help. I also have a ruptured C 5 in lower spine, soreness in back allover, bad circulation and veins.

I still need to have a new tooth placed on my lower front implant. The implant procedure and maybe also having a sore back was the cause of my somatic tinnitus.
