How Do You Deal with Stress and Its Influence on the Inner Ear?

      Tinnitus Since:
      04/2017
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      ototoxicity
      Do you often get nervous?

      How do you cope with stress?

      Can stress negatively affect the inner ear (hair cells)?

      How to protect the ears at such moments of stress and mourning - the main mechanism - the excess glutamate and free radicals under stress? I therefore take NAC (N-acetylcysteine). What do you say?

      You could also use valerian root to reduce stress.
