I sleep on my side, and I am wondering if the ear on the pillow isn't getting any stimulation and healing from my pink noise that I put on.

Is it still OK to sleep on my side, or will I have to sleep on my back from now on?

Also, since my tinnitus volume is low, all it generally takes is one bar to mask the head noise, two bars to mask the right ear, and three to mask the left ear, but one bar is probably too quiet.

Any suggestions on how I should sleep?

      HI Nathan

I am not using my computer only a phone so please excuse the brief reply.

It doesn't matter which ear hears the sound enrichment, as the tinnitus is generated in the brain. As long as there is some stimulation is all that matters. Keep the sound enrichment slightly below the tinnitus at all times and playing through the night till morning. The tinnitus should never be masked so it can't be heard.
Carry on sleeping as you are doing.

      Hope this helps.
      Michael
