Is Sleeping on a Thick Pillow Bad for Tinnitus?

      Tinnitus Since:

      I heard that neck posture can affect tinnitus. Would sleeping on a thinner pillow be better for tinnitus? Anyone with experience? If so, how long would it take to see the results?

      A loud Concert - Noise Exposure
      I guess it depends if you're comfortable or not.

      I've been using a horseshoe pillow

      Yeah.. I think that basically, if you don't feel stiffness nor pain in your neck, that's fine

      I have slept straight up on a mound of pillows since this all started.
