Is There a Way to Find Out What Is Causing Tinnitus?

So not including ENT examination of the ear (because that was as useless as a rectum on an elbow)--

Is there any imaging or any other qualified specialist I should see that is not a scumbag ENT or scam artist audiologist

Is there any way to see what is causing the tinnitus- whether it's the ear, or the brain... should I see anyone else....

Please help.

bruxism and i do have a shit posture (excuse my language but ya bad posture)

 

I'm borrowing the thread little. The first day I got the T I took oxynorm/oxikodon with after drinking 2-3 glasses of beer AND i had a cold that day. Assuming it was the medicine that caused my T, does medicine really cause permanent T? Or maybe it was a coincidense that I got T the same day I took these pills.

 

And before 14 january (when I first got my T) i had been taking tramadol reguraly and mixed often with alcohol. Yes stupid i know.
