My tinnitus changes volume at odd times. It mostly gets louder when I go to bed, and when I manage to relax then it goes back to normal again. I think I might be habituated to it because I already know when my T changes in volume. And it's quite in the morning but gets louder during the day. I'm more sensitive to the TV than I was before, and I can't stand it if it's loud. My T gets louder when I watch TV but the volume stays the same when I listen to music (at safe volume). Is this normal?

From what I've read in other people's posts, yes that is normal. I am guessing that one thing that could affect it is if you're relaxed, or tired, and maybe even our emotional state.
