It's Confirmed: I Have Allergies

as you guys know ive been with T since January we know for a fact that is my allergies causing this and i want to see a specialist so i can start on allergies shots ASAP so i finely got a appointment for today near my house and i went down there i was late 10 minute because i don't drive i take public transportation so i get there they take my insurance card and then they tell me the dr can't see me becuse they only take my insurance for kids im beyond stress out right now i have a mild ear infection due to ETD in my non ringing ear im scard to death to have this because ive heard that the ear drum will have a hole and that means peppermint high pitch t if i dont get this congestion out ive been trying to see a allergy dr since march and i though finely i was going to day and i didnt

 

today i went for my first allergy appointment the Dr took my medical history my symptoms and exam me with in 5 minute of me talking to him he said that i have sever allergy in 2 weeks ill have my skin test then start allergy shots to get better i hope one day there will be a cure for all T suffers i know now what its like to be with T and i dont wish this on any one




very important if you have allergy don't wait to see a allergist i like i did for 2 years i only got eczema and had no idea that allergies get worst over the years if not treated even with anti histamine or nasal spray

 

Marias21, what are your symptoms? Can you describe your symptoms, please, including your tinnitus? I have had allergies to various things in the air for a long time. Please give us an idea of why you decided to go to the allergist at this time.

 

well i had the Eczema first for 2 years dint bother me as much but this year was the worst IN January i first notice T when i was going to bed next day I felt the fullness in my ear went to the ER and they gave me nasal sprty its took about a week but the rest is Nasal congestion pain in my head / nose red eyes white sticky discharge for my nose felling something coming down my throat I notice my congestion is worst when it get 90 Degree - 100 degrees or when my nasal spry is half empty or empty i latterly have to buy out of pocket my medicine every 2 weeks or i fell misable the main reason that i whet to the allergist its because of T and this congestion that goes to my ear its so bad it hurt my ear the worst side its the left side the right side no T or no congestion

 

Apparently I have chronic sinuses, blocked tube from throat and ears and swollen big tonsils. Hoping with all the meds it clears up better. he said something to do with allergies to me.

 

go ASAP to a allergist and start on allergy shots med just cover the symptoms the shots get your body use to the things that you have allergy

 

I don't know if this would be too much to ask but since so Manny of us have T because of allergy its it possible to add a sub forum on t talk for us so we can help each other out

 

I found since coming to Australia I am sneezy a lot, itching, I walk down tbe road not touching any grass of branches and come up red and blotchy so itchy as well. It's all over my legs a lot

 

ialso have allergies to dust mites and mold... take meds... dunno if this is causing my tinnitus or not I just got watery eyes and tinnitus and stiff neck when all mine started.. thinking mine is from meds..

 

im not sure what its making me congested ill find out in 2 weeks but i think its grass i latterly have to get out of the house on Wednesday at 6:30 am or before 7 because the genders come and I cant stand fresh cut grass

 

I was peeling potatoes just now and sneezed and running nose and itchy hands worse since being in Australia. Can't wait till I go home if Australia health care can't solve it then might as well go back home and suffer rubbish health care there. Least it's free then.

 

Is this something that is hard to confirm? I thought having allergies would be something you could figure out on your own? Is it possible to have allergies in your throat/ears and it not be obvious? My ears feel stuffed up and blocked some days more than others, my ears click when I swallow. Could I have allergies? What does your T sound like if you have allergies? I always assumed it was more a low hum, maybe I'm wrong.

 

I always suspected that i had allergies my dad and family has it too but its better to have a allergist tell you first hand because like T it can be 10,000 things that looks like allergy my ears do fell block then other days i fell normal but the T still there last night I had to take sudafed because my congestion was bad this morning it better but i can fell it but it can be because ive been with out nasal spray for a good 4 days and last Friday i got a relief and it take about a week to built up again

 

today i whet for allergy testing they did it on my back they did the test ( it hurt a bit ) after the nurse left the room my back started itching like crazy and with in 15 minutes 4 big bumps appeared i have grass and weed allergy in 2 weeks i start my treatment i hope for the best

 

Marias21 Do wish you loads of luck ,allergies are the pits with having T ,messes you up more,worth that pain just to finding out the culprits .Ive got perennial rhinitis ,had skin test but only 2 of the basic one were raised,so I'm left trying to figure out the cause of it ,let's know how you fare on the treatment(s) they start you on .Hope this is the start to some better days for you truly do .Best of luck .

 

I dont have T my allergies are the cause of the T im hopping that when my allergies go away the T will gi away ( most likely it will )
