At work it is easier to hear planes since we are 1 level with no roof. It is one of the busiest metropolitan areas of the United States too.

Just now a plane flew so low, it shook the building and I entertained the idea something could crash into us.

I have a minor headache and a spike. Should I be worried?

I've been having a similar issue. I live maybe 20 miles from an Air Force base and the planes have been flying constantly over my house (it wasn't like this when I first moved out here). It feels like they're just circling. I'm extremely anxious over it.
