      Hello everybody,

      I have a friend, he loves music, when I'm going to his apartment, he puts on music, it's not really loud (the last time: max 67 dB, leq 57 dB, peak dB max 89,2) , but in his small apartment, for me, sometimes, it's loud music and afterwards feel a tinnitus spike, but I don't know, if if the cause of the spike is the anxiety, the TMJ disorder, a sensibility to the noise, or another problem? I wear hearing protection, most of the time.

      What do you think? Do I have to wear hearing protection everytime?

      @Kritish Gooriah ,
      Try not to wear ear protection for everyday sounds and just for sound thats really loud or you can make your ears supper sensitive.
      love glynis

      My doctor think it's the sensibility when I talked with him the first time but after the onset of the spike, I have a good bronchitis, it's not cured and for him and for the ENT, the bronchitis can cause the spike by a tubal dysplasia.
