No Dream No Buzzing

      Hi. I have T 7 week onset, I realized that if I have deep sleep, that day T will be very low and i cant hear it in daytime. But if I wake up during the midnight and sleep again, if have dream, T will louder buzzing all time that day.

      Probably headphones
      Deep sleep -> good sleep decreases T for the next day for me too.

      I find if have vivid dreams and wake up out of a dream my tinnitus is through the roof...lots of love glynis

      Same here, a clear dream that I remember well will always go together with higher T.

      Well.. but how we can control our dream? I had dream all time i sleep. :(
      I tried all treatment to sleep without dream but failed.

      Its pretty normal to dream... I really doubt there's anything you can do to not dream. But, maybe you can practice lucid dreaming and talk to your subconscious and tell it to quit with this tinnitus shit.
      Can anyone here do lucid dreaming?

      I came really close once a couple years ago. I remembered reading somewhere to try to remember to look at a clock, or text in a dream, look away and look at it again, and if the text or time is different or blurry that surely its a dream. I did that once, and had a 'oh my god!' moment in my dream, realising I've just become aware that I'm dreaming, and consequently woke up lol.
