Noticed something new with my tinnitus

Hi all, strange one this. I have a wheezy sort of laugh and i've noticed that if i laugh heavily, i can feel strange feelings in my right ear (the most affected ear) during the duration of the laugh. Has anyone else experienced this. It's very strange like a fluttering or something. Weird one i know.

Cheers.. it's hard to explain the feeling.. I think fluttering is the wrong word, it's like a buzzing. Also, can TTS cause this strange humming I get in both ears from time to time, especially when I become active from a seated position?
