      Tinnitus Since:
      December 2016
      Cause of Tinnitus:
Picking my ear on my right side.
So recently I picked my right ear, because I had a little ear wax there and had quick slight pain and an immediate ringing in my right ear and moved to left ear (both ears ring)

      Docs said it's TMJ.

Can anyone help?? Or comments please.

      Help!

. have your ears checked for infection/wax impaction
. treat infection accordingly with least ototoxic antibiotic if required eg; amoxicillin
. wax removal; avoid syringing. maybe some warm castor oil in your ear.
      . extended audiogram
. tympanogram to assess for middle ear effusion

My guess you have t from conductive hearing loss ie ear infection/ wax impaction and/or hearing loss from repeated noise exposure.
