Before I started getting tinnitus I would feel pressure in my head /ears when I went into this one room. It felt like my ears might pop. This went on for a few days before tinnitus was noticeable. Is this how its starts?

I woke up with it so it wasn't how it started for me. Is the room very quiet? The pressure could be from hearing loss. Have you had your hearing checked? Of course, that's just one explanation. Pressure in the room could be caused by other things in your house.

Yeah, I had my hearing tested and they said it was fine.
