      Thank you for posting this.

The two differences that I can see are that when in the first study (where rTMS wasn't found to be effective) the treatment lasted for 5 days, and the frequency used was 1 Hz. In the second study the treatment lasted for 10 days. In addition to 1 Hz, 10 Hz was also used.

Also, it included a multi site protocol. Results were modest in a small sample. Still, it's something, I guess.

I been getting massages of the sternocleidomastoid muscles beginning in an upward motion, then down to the mastoid area behind the ears. Then up the cervical spine into the skull and back down into the shoulders. Neck is straight with good sitting posture. I breathe in and out thru mouth. I use a mouth piece for a hour before massage. Next month I will wear a collar for a hour a day after massage.

The massages were only giving temporary neck and T relief for a hour or so, but now after a few months, I just started to get relief for 4-5 hours from a 10 level to 8 - 7.5. I had massaging five hours ago, but now rising to a 10 again.

Good night or good day to everyone.
